Hi, Thank you so much for shopping with Designs By Carola. We are a small business that is usually able to Ship Orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). As of now we have two shipping opinions available, USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) and USPS Ground (1-5 days)  Please note that this does not include the time your order will take to get from us to you. Notification:You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is processed, labeled and shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk mail for this information if you do not receive it in your email inbox. Back-order: When your order has shipped, an invoice for your purchase will be emailed. Items that were not available at the time of shipment will be listed at the bottom of the invoice. Customers will be notified when items are back in stock. Non-Refundable: Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Normally, we are able to ship orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. During high-volume times of the year, it could take 5-7 business from the time of purchase.

This does include the time your order will take to get from us to you. Thank you again.
