At Designs by Carola, each piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of the nature of handmade jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns.

However, if your piece requires an adjustment or repair, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for repair. Once the repair is completed, we will return the item to you.
